Anne Elise Packard, a junior at host JSerra High in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., placed second in the girls invitational 1,600 meters in 4:51.98 at The TEN, with the Lions taking the top two spots, as Summer Wilson prevailed in 4:49.78.
